Radka Neničková

Radka's law practice focuses on real estate and development law, complex legal advice in the field of civil law, including the management of lease portfolios. Prior to joining Wilsons, Radka worked in leading international law firms, where she also focused on environmental law and renewable energy issues.

Radka specializes in acquisitions, development, including construction, leasing and subsequent operation of office buildings and logistics parks as well as retail and residential projects.

​

In her practice she has represented clients from the ranks of developers, investment funds and landlords or tenants. She has also been involved in the financing of real estate projects.

​

Radka has extensive experience from her in-house lawyer practice with a leading European property development company and her foreign legal practice at a leading international law firm.

​

Prior to passing the bar exams, Radka obtained her law degree at Masaryk University in Brno, which she subsequently supplemented with a bachelor's degree in tax advisory and an engineering degree in corporate finance and business, which she studied at the Brno Technical University.

Radka speaks English, Russian and Spanish in addition to her native Czech.
