Matěj Kučera

Matěj is an associate in Wilsons Real Estate team. Prior to joining Wilsons, Matěj concentrated his practice at leading Czech law firms in the areas of real estate and related transactions, construction, asset management and litigation.

Matěj has been involved in major development projects, advising both leading developers and investors. He also has extensive experience in real estate transactions, both from the perspective of the buyer and the seller. As an associate, Matěj has gained extensive experience in dozens of court proceedings across the Czech Republic. Matěj also deals with building permits and administrative proceedings and has experience in setting up trusts.
 

Prior to obtaining his degree in law and legal science at Charles University in Prague, Matěj studied at the East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, China.

Matěj is fluent in Czech and English.
