Martina Krákorová

Martina advises on real estate transactions with a particular focus on investment sales and acquisitions, and on the operation of office buildings in the Czech Republic. She has been actively involved in numerous real estate and corporate due diligence and has steadily become a rising star in the real estate team with a reputation for organizational skills, attention to detail and a commercial outlook on legal issues. Martina has managed transactions on behalf of title insurance companies and developers, including construction contracts, management agreements, and purchase and security agreements.

Martina has also been heavily involved in retail store development, from acquiring land through the entire development process, and also leasing and corporate acquisition projects for a global retail client.

Martina is a fluent Czech and English speaker.
